dial plan question - tbooth - 03-18-2015 08:03 PM I'm having a hard time understanding how to correctly setup a dial plan on my phones. My ITSP (Vitelity) requires you to dial the area code (mine is 207) then 7 digits to dial out. If I insert 207 in the area code field it screws up any calls to other area codes. I want to dial just 7 digits for local calls not 10 digits but also be able to dial normal 10 digit for other out of state calls. Thanks RE: dial plan question - Elaine_Yealink - 03-18-2015 11:00 PM Dear, Please find the attached configuration as an example: Code: 207 Min length:7 Max length:7 In this case, when dialing out a 7 digit number, phone will automatically add 207 in front of it. If it works differently on your device, please take a screenshot of the configuration page and dialing out picture on phone screen. Regards Elaine |
