Hi All
We have a customer who is using 15 t38g phones, all with the EXP39 expansion attached. All phones are connected using ordinary LAN and the power adapter, as they haven't opted for POE switches.
The problem is that after a phone has been reconnected to power, or in other way rebooted - the entire display on the EXP39 will remain blank after the phone has booted correctly. The EXP loads correctly and everything is great, but it itsn't getting the setup for the buttons, from the Phone.
To fix the problem - we have to disconnect and reconnect the EXP to the phone, while the phone has fully booted.
For this customer, it is a real nuisance to have to wait for the phone to fully boot, and then reconnect the expansion module, for it to propogate it's settings correctly.
Are there any way to fix this, so the EXP39 will load the data from the Phone correctly, without having to reconnect it after the phone has fully booted?
