802.1 x Mode Problem - Digicel AFG - 03-06-2015 03:45 AM Hello, We encounter a problem when configuring 802.1x on network advanced level. On the IP Video phone VP500 the only 802.1x mode available is: EAP-MD5 This mode is unfortunately not compatible with your network. In fact we use PEAP-MSCHAPv2 802.1x mode with CA certificates. Failure to use this mode phones does not allow us to use on our network. Is there a new frimware or new version of software that would allow us to solve this problem? For the moment, we have : - Frimware Version : 23.70.0.10 - Hardware Version : 23.5.1.201.18.0.8 Regards. Digicel AFG RE: 802.1 x Mode Problem - James_Yealink - 03-06-2015 09:30 AM No, VP530 can only support EAP-MD5. PEAP-MSCHAPv2 is supported in T4x series and Yealink next generation video phone(has not been released) Regards, James |
