Hi everybody, I've searched the VP530 and did not find anything related.

I'm having an issue with the VP530 video.

When I call, one phone can see the other end (and myself) and the other phone can only see itself and on the big screen sees (image attached)

First I thought it was a hardware problem, but then I've configured the other phone on my office and registered with the remote PBX (Elastix 2.4.0 release 2) and the problem continues and I have the same version installed on other clients and works perfect.

Tried changing codecs, but nothing.... any help.

PS: checked FW too, once went completely off and nothing.

Please help

Hi,

What's the firmware of this problematic VP530?
Can you do a facotry reset, reconfigure an account and check again?

Good day, and thanks for the response.

The phone came with version 23.70.0.41, I downgraded it to 23.70.0.40 with no success.
I tried the factory reset before, and the problem continued.
