As the title says, every time our phones provision (every night between 3 and 4) all of the remote phone books get overwritten with our template-company phone book.
This behavior is strange as I have noticed that auto provisioning will not overwrite anything, but will merely add to the empty or default values.
How can we have our company wide phone book but at the same time if users add additional entries to the phone book, those would not be lost during nightly provisioning?
Models used: T20, T21, T22, T42, T46, T48.

Their local entries are not remote phonebooks - but Local Phonebook.
What PBX are you using?
Perhaps it is loading into the wrong place.
