Pick Up Transferred Call - MJ4261 - 02-24-2015 05:11 AM

Our receptionist has a T46G and sometimes accidentally transfers a call to the wrong extension. She will notice right after she enters their extension and wants to be able to pick up that call again before it goes to the wrong persons voicemail. Is there a way someone can pick up a call currently being transferred?

Sorry for the late response. This can be done by operation.
When receptionist transferring a call, she presses Transfer key, and then enter the number and PRESS OK button instead of Transfer again. In this case, a call between receptionist and target person will be established. If she found the number is not correct, she just need to press End Call to back to first one.
