Hey Yealink,
I have a couple CP860 units running firmware 73.72.0.3
The ring volume is turn on to just 1 bar. So as low as it can go without being silent.
It is ear piercing loud even being that low. Our customer has gone to turning the ringing off completely and just watching for the light when the phone rings it is so loud. Please adjust this.
