Hi,
we setup a T46G (latest firmware available) and EHS36 - adapter (3.16 release) with a Plantronics CS510.
All is working fine, but one big problem.
If there is an incoming call, you just here 3 x biep tone, not the current ring tone. And the volume is low. We tried to modify volume on phone and on base station - no success. Is there any chance to get it louder and to hear the ringtone?
Second problem: It is just possible to get the ring on the phone OR in the headset. On grandstream/snom, you can enable both. Is this possible, too? We did not found out. If it is not possible, may it be possible to be a new feature soon?

Additional info: It is NOT a problem with the audio jack like some old postings where found.
