thanks peter,

but what do you suggest? Its a brand new phone and as i wrote above i had already tried to update it and failed (v40) (it doesn warn me that the firmware its not apropriate!!)

yep as i said its 128mb version and now i have V40 broken firmware on it
so is there any way back?

No, because Recovery Mode Upgrading is based on V40, but 128mb version can't support V40.
