Can anyone tell us how to reset the phone because using the trans key and waiting to blinking twice is not working on the phone.
Please help.

Hi Nim,
Sorry, it's the only method to reset phone without getting into web interface.
If it doesn't work the phone may be broken.

Long press "TRANS"key until the Power LED fast flash twice and then press "#" key
