Hello,
I have seen this nice Forum Tree "Wishlist".
Well, my wish for Model T38 Series is the Firmware Update to V73 or V80.
Because in V70 is no function to Monitoring and see the Codec on Display.

Don't hold your breath... We have been told no major firmware upgrades are forthcoming for T3x series.
