Hello,

I work for a charity and one of our volunteers has helped us install a VOIP phone system with YEALINK T22P phones.

When we ring an external number, we can hear the ringing tone... but once the person we are ringing picks up their phone the sound stops (i.e. we cannot hear them and they cannot hear us) and we only get the sound back if we immediately press "hold" and the "un-hold" on the phone handsets.

Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.

sounds like a reinvite issue.
What phone system/PBX are you using?

Plesae upgrade to latest firmware and check again.
