HELP! : VP530 Headset Echo - bigiron - 04-05-2013 09:32 AM

Hi,

When using the VP530 with a GN2120 Headset via the 2.5mm plug an echo can be heard of the other party by the other party.

Please help!

We are running the latest firmware with latest 3CX.

Thanks, S.

Hello,
So only when you use headset, there will be echo?
Maybe the Headset Pin Assignment is different, you can check the Headset Pin Assignment as the attachment.

Is this also the pin assignment for the yealink SIP-T22P? If no, what would that be?

Thanks!

Hi
As you can see, there are two pictures, the first picture is for VP530, the second picture is for T2x phones.
