EHS36 Downgrade - Waztrix - 01-27-2015 05:01 PM I used to buy EHS36 that were Firmware version 1.16.0.0 and that was fine. Then I started getting them with Firmware version 3.16.0.0 and I had to use a phone with the custom firmware to downgrade the EHS and get them to work properly. But when I did that everything was fine and working. But just now I have received a completely new batch of EHS36 (30 of them) with 3.16.0.0 firmware, and I can't downgrade a single one of them. Every time I connect them to my "Firmware downgrade T26P Phone" it fails right away. The hardware version is the same as the old ones (48.0.0.0) but I can still upgrade and downgrade any old EHS36 I have in stock - just not the new ones. What can I do? In what phone and headset model you encounter a problem? If the problem is that call can't be picked up with headset can you please get a pcap trace, level 6 syslog and config.bin file? It happens on both Yealink T41P, Yealink T42G, Yealink T46G and Yealink T48G.
