I am trying to disable the Music On Hold feature on our Yealink T48G phones.

Right now, when I log into on of the phones, go to Account->Advanced, the music server is blank. But we still get this obnoxious 90's rock. I tried putting in 0 and 0.0.0.0 but that does not disable anything.

Also, do I have to do this for every phone or is there a central settings page that controls the hold music over the network? Is the hold music specific to a phone or specific to a line?

Are you connected to a Phone Server? or Cloud PBX/VoIP Server?

Hi,

If you register an account in the phone, the music on hold should derive from your server. You have to disable it in pbx server.
