T21p E2 stuck at Welcome Screen - civoip - 10-20-2016 06:56 AM
The T21p-e2 powers on and the screen is stuck at “Welcome.” It will not proceed. I’m attempting the recovery process as outlined in your “Recovery Mode of Yealink IP Phones.”
I’ve setup a TFTP server and I need the following files:
T21P_E2.rfs
T21P_E2.bin
I have T21P_E2.rom
Can you email them to me or provide me a download source.

Reocvery mode uprade is the operation which only can be done by service provider or distributor. Please ask for help from them. Thanks.
