T46G Blind Transfer - joshuab - 10-19-2016 09:57 PM

Stats: Yealink T46G --- Firmware 28.80.0.130

I have been in contact with our PBX software vendor (3CX) and we are having an issue with transfers.

When a user blind transfers the phone is still “in-use” (even though the call display says nothing) --- How do we change this?

Is there a parameter I change in the config file?

This is the statement from our software vendor:

>> Yealink phones will not release the call on a blind transfer until the other side answers the call. On the display of the phone you will see that the call is ended but in reality the phone will release the call on the 200 OK. This can be proved with wireshark capture. “

Hi,

When a user blind transfers the phone is still “in-use” (even though the call display says nothing).
I have some confuse about this scenario. Do you mean the phone in talking interface after you press the blind transfer?
If you can take a photo about this scenario, it will be better. Thank you.

I test in my side, when I press blind transfer, the phone will goes to Idle interface immediately.

Meantime, about this problem, I hope you can help me to capture the trace files. So we can check more.
