Please assist. I have a SIP-T26P that keeps saying 'Obtaining IP Address'. First time i plugged it in the handset did obtain an IP and i could log in via web browser but since then the handset has not been able to obtain one again.

Hardware or Software issue?

First thought is that the Internet port could be faulty.

Hi,

Did you change any network configuration? Please restting the phone and check again.
Menu-> Setting-> Advanced Setting-> Reset to facotry.
