Call Log missing from handset - bbls0627 - 01-11-2015 11:39 AM

I have a W52P and it has never saved a call log and displayed it. I can't tell what calls have come in, gone out, or missed calls.

Is there somewhere I have to go to set the phone to save the call logs? I am using Vonage Business if that helps.

First make sure you are running the latest firmware version.
Then check at the Phone tab > Features > Save Call Log is Enabled.

Thanks for complex1’s answer.

Please follow these steps to enable save call log function:
--Login the user website interface -> Phone -> Features -> change “save call log” enable -> Confirm
