T26 phones using .51 firmware - toxicfusion - 01-07-2015 11:47 PM

Hello,

I received a large shipmet of T26P phones using firmware ending in 0.51. This firmware is not even listed as official on the yealink website. This firmware is causing issue with PBX servers and not provisioning phones correctly (missing features)

How can I go about updating the firmware? Can it be upgraded through the web interface via uploading the package?

Hello Anthony,

Yes, you can upgrade firmware through the web user interface:
1. Click on Settings->Upgrade
2. Click Browse.
3. Select the firmware from the local system.
4. Click Upgrade.
A dialog box pops up to prompt “Firmware of the SIP Phone will be updated. It will take 5 minutes to complete. Please don't power off!”.
5. Click OK to confirm the upgrade
The latest firmware version is 6.73.0.40, please click HERE to download.
More information about upgrading firmware, you can refer to:How to upgrade firmware?

Thanks.

Regards,
Peter
