Hi Yealink.

I don't know if this is possible, or if there is a setting we can use.

When we receive a transfer on the phone, we'll change the number after forwarding.

So if I receive a call and I will transfer it to my colleague on shortcode 200 he will see my name in his display, when i transfer the call he'll see the original number that called me since we send a SIP package to the phone to tell it to change the number.

However, on the call history log it will show that I called him, and not the original number.

My question is:
Is it possible to change the number registered in the call history to the original number?

Hi Fuur,

About your requirement, the answer is yes that it is possible to change the number registered in the call history to the original number.

Please use the parameter below to do auto provision to change the configure:
transfer.save_initia_calllog.enable=1
features.save_init_num_to_history.enable = 0
