Hi,
I need to set a Call Listen / Call Intrude on my T21P. This phone will be used as the one to listen to other extension. Anyone know how or where to set it up?
I have other phone Avaya 1403 and it was quite easy to setup.

The one listen to other extension. Do you want to monitor other extension?
You can know the status of the extension any time?
If yes, the feature in Yealink phones named BLF feature.
