I have the very strange problem that one of our SIP-T26P telephones (number 28, Firmware 6.72.0.80) automatically (without anyone pushing the DND button) enters the DND state. However the DND icon is not visible on the phone. I can see DND in my asterisk PBX (Asterisk 10) like:

I have set the DND on/off code to 0000363, this is a number i have to call so that the PBX sets the BLF status for this phone in the other phones (this is requested in the PBX manual). In this case, all BLFs for this phone go to red, but like i said, nobody activated DND mode.
Is there a way to troubleshoot this? I already setup logging with the highest verbosity to a syslog server.

Hi Thomas,
You can set the phone syslog level to 6 and export the syslog when the issue happens. If phone send this code to server the syslog will record it. You can send the log to us.
So currently there is only one phone has the problem? Maybe you can also compare this phone's configuration with others.

I already opened a case and sent the log level 6 files of the day when it happened to the support (case #9626)
