I want to use Push XML to inform users that are on the phone that they are people waiting in the queue and how many. I can do something like this if the phone is idle but when someone talks from the device my message is dropped.
Is it possible to get any message to the Yealink phones with push xml during conversation? Please response with tips.

I'm also interested in this issue. Can the yealink T38g process XML push commands while a call is ringing/active, or must we use action URLs?

Sorry currently we don't support push XML command during the call/ringing, it only can be used in idle status.
