T42G, T46G & T48G BLF CallerID unknown - Asterix - 10-07-2016 05:01 PM

Hello everyone,

I have the following setup running:
FreePBX 13 with Asterisk 13.9.1.

Trunks and Extensions are using chan_PJSIP.

The problem starts with the BLF feature because the inbound caller ID is not displaying correctly on the notificationof the phone. It shows
"[Extension being called] <-- Unknown".

Which configuration is needed to show the correct CID, which is calling the BLF "monitored" extension. ?

About your issue, please kindly share us more information below to do more trouble shooting:
1. please provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when you reproduce the issue for us to analyze. You can send the files to Lucia@yealink.com. About how to get the three files, please refer to the FAQ below:

2. How many phone you have in total? And how many of them have the issue respectively(T42G/T46G/T48G)?

3. Does it happen every time when the monitor extension receive an incoming call? If not, how often?
