Hi all

Here is my setup. SnomOne as the pbx software and a few snom phones. We bought a Yealink T46G for testing. We have distinctive ringtones for sale, IT etc. Snom phones work OK but the Yealink doesn't. Is there a setting that needs to be done on the SnomOne pbx ringtones files or in the yealink cfg?
I've managed to auto provision the phone from the SnomOne so the phone is supported by the SnomOne pbx software.

Hi Tobymac,

Please make sure that you have enabled the distinctive tone under Account-> Advanced interface.
If it still doesn't work can you get a pcap trace for a check.

To get a pcap trace do I need to go to Settings - Configuration - Export System Log and from the archive I can send you the data-0.pcap?

Also in SnomOne ringtones.xml I have all the ringtones configured like: type="alert-info"
