Never encountered this in 3+ years on Yealink, Grandstream, etc.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
In order to know your detailed problem, hope you help confirm:
1.Could you swap another switch POE port test?
2.Power by AC adapter (AC 100~240V input and DC 5V/2A output) not via POE test?
3.Swap another handset test?
4.Reset phone to factory.
