T46G+EXP40. DSS problem - Dmitry - 11-17-2014 10:49 PM

The phone is T46G+2*EXP40.
All of the DSS keys are mapped as "speed dial" or "intercom" with single account to BPX.

The problem is occurs rarely after 2-3 day period of phone's inactivity:
When i dialing some key of the first page EXP40, there is dialing the same position on the second page of EXP40.
Firmware - 71, 72 (no difference).
The problem is disappear after phone's restarting.

What is error or misconfiguration may be?

Hi,
I suggest that you can upgrade to the V73 beta version and reset the phone to factory settings to check if it can solve this issue, If not, please try to use other EXP40 to check if this issue still exst.
