t28p problem link status disconnected, registered extension with asterisk - joseluisp - 03-08-2013 07:23 PM

We have a t28P remote office with firmware 2.60.0.140 with a public dynamic IP in a NAT environment. We have port forward SIP port (5060-5080) and STUN (3478) in the router to T28p internal ip. The phone is registered with a central office (asterisk freepbx). The problem is that link status show "disconnected" in the tab "status" of phone and when you phone to remote extension, remote extension back to say "reject" with 404 or 486 message.

Maybe DND is active, restore factory defauls and set the device again. Also the port forward is not needed and is not very secure approach.

DND is not active, and I do restore default setting an reboot.

Any idea.

T28P is registered in asterisk as a friend but when you phone to extension the phone reject the call and status link is disconnected in status tab. We have internal extension in central office with are registered and connected but external office phone is "status link : disconnected" but registered
