I wonder know what kind of circumstances it happened,what is the reason. RE: T21 Share Line unavailable - James_Yealink - 11-18-2014 03:11 PM Hi Joan, If you enable Broadsoft SCA feature under Account-> Advanced interface but there is no a shared call appearance configured in Broadsoft server then phone will give this prompt. So you can disable the option or add a second line in Broadsoft server. Regards, James |
