Hi,
The phone is receiving this option 66 : ftp://username:password@host but it's not fetching any files on the FTP. I have a T46G with firmware 28.72.0.2.

The option 66 is enabled by dafault , and it can be used for auto provision.
Phone can obtain the provisioning server address by DHCP option.
So, did your T46G get the corresponding provisoin file via option 66 ?
How do you know that your phone receiving the option 66?
