attended transfer via XML command - ravensworld - 11-07-2014 04:28 PM Hi guys, how can I manage it, to make an attended transfer via XML command. I changed the value for "Transfer Mode Via Dsskey" to "attended transfer", so I can manage it, to make an attended transfer directly via the phone itselfs. Now I want to do it, via XML command. User A calls user B, B answered the call. User A hold user B, User A calls user C, C answered the call. Now I want to transfer user B to user C. I tried to send a XML like this one: Quote:<YealinkIPPhoneExecute Beep="no">It did not work, what's wrong? Thanks for your help. bye RE: attended transfer via XML command - Yealink Support - 11-11-2014 05:25 PM Hi Ravensworld, When you press the XML Browser dsskey it equate to press transfer dsskey button. So you have to do a follow oeration to achieve an attended tranfer. 1. User A calls user B, B answered the call. 2. User A press transfer(XML DSSkey), input the number of C, press OK buttonto send the call. 3. User C answer the call. 4. User A press transfer(XML DSSKey) to transfer B to C. The option "Transfer Mode Via DSSKey" is only related to transfer/BLF dsskey. And may I know why do you want to configure a XML to achieve a transfer fucntion?
