By the way the same problem is with the T26P and T28P with and without expansion module EXP 39

I have the software version 28.71.188.10. As I understand it is custom made firmware from our distributor.

Hi gekran,

Do you use x.70.188.9 for your T2X? It seems can be solved by updating the EHS36 to the latest version 2.16.0.0.

Please use the latest version to upgrade the EH36.

I have updated my EHS36 to the newest firmware 2.16.0.0.
My T46G is using firmware 28.71.188.10.
For approx. 1.5 days my Jabra headset 9470 was working fine. Now the problem is back. After resetting the EHS36 (by disconnecting from the phone and connecting back again) the headset is working fine for approx. 1 hour. After that I cannot answer calls of hangup calls from the headset anymore.

I am also having similar issue and would like to upgrade the EXP39 and EHS36 since this is what I have so far:

T28P:
Firmware Version 2.71.0.140
Hardware Version 1.0.0.39

EXP39 1 Hardware Version 32.0.0.0
EXP39 1 Firmware Version 5.16.0.0
EHS Hardware Version 48.0.0.0
EHS Firmware Version 1.16.0.0

From this post, I have the link for the EHS but the link for the EXP39 is for firmware 2.60 but I have 2.71 ... Do you have EXP39 firmware for T28 running on 2.71?

I normally just reboot the phone when I loose synchronization with the Jabra headset (gn9330). That last for a day or two and seems to really depend on how much it gets used.

Hi braymond,

Sorry. We just make some special versions to upgrade EXP and you can downgrade your version to the special one, then upgrade to the v71 after upgrading EXP sucessfully.

Hi braymond,

Your EXP39 is the latest version and you just need to upgrade EHS36 version to the latest one 3.16.0.0.
Please download the rom of T28 2.60.200.242 from below link.
