OPENVPN - registration failed after 12 hours of use - sgmsp - 10-24-2014 10:09 PM

We're having an issue with openvpn on a t46g. We get the vpn to connect and can and receive and place calls for about 12 hours and then it goes inactive and the phone displays a registration fails. The V in the upper right hand corner of the phone is still there and the openvpn server reports that the client (phone) is still connected. It requires us to reboot it to get things working again. We're connecting to a trixbox but have never had any issues with the phones on our LAN. I also tried the beta firmware version and it's doing the same thing. I looked through the logs on the phone and didn't see anything.

Hi Sgmsp,

Do the issue occurs every day?
Can you send us phone level 6 syslog and tar file for a check?

You mentioned that phones on your LAN never haven any issues. So they are also Yealink phones and connect through OpenVPN?
