T28 only ringing once - chris - 02-28-2013 05:18 AM

After updating to 2.70.0.130, the T28 phones only ring for about 1-2 seconds and then immediately send the call to voicemail. The phone is sending a 487 Request Terminated back to our server. Is there a new setting that might be affecting this?

Hello,
You mean when there's an incoming call on this T28, after 1-2 seconds ring, it will stop ringing, and then receive a voicemail?
Did you try to reset to factory default? And if you use V61 firmware, there's no such problem?
If yes, could you send us the trace, syslog(level 6) and config.bin file, so we can analyze?

I am having similar issue after firmware upgrade.

Yealink T28 just rings once, it is then still ringing, but silent (no ring tone). I'm sure it is just a simple setting change - can you please advise?

What is your previous version?
Do you reset to factory and register again?
Do you register account via auto provisioning method with the new template?

Is there a fix for this?
I am using the 70version firmware and experiencing this after upgrading phones in 3 different locations last night.

Do your previous version have this issue?
What is the version last? If you have such issue that need debug and solved, i hope you can ask your distributor for help. They can help you and supply infos to the corresponding technical specialist for help.
