I have got the video, and I can get you. Does the issue heppen in other Yealink models .
Sorry that I still cannot reproduce the issue in my side, so it need you provide the information for further analysis. Smile

Just made a verification. It's the same using T38G.

Sorry for the late.
Does the issue only happen on Yealink models , I guess the problem result from your local PBX server.
Or do you have any other brands , could you please check whether the issue happen on the other brands ?

Hi, at the end we solved the problem. We found the option :
account.1.missed_calllog = 1
