T48G firmware update error - mastermkw - 10-16-2014 09:59 PM

We have 2 T48 Yealink phones with firmware 35.72.188.2.

I want to upgrade to the latest firmware. 35.72.0.30 . when we update with the webbrowser it looks fine. Phone reboot but after 1-2 minutes. Update failed reason unkown.

We have a issue with BLF buttons that wouldn't work.

Can someone help us?

I tryed to update the firmware from version 37.72.150.2 to 37.73.0.40 on a T48G and everyting seems to be OK. But the the version dind not change. It is still the old version.

Hi,

35.72.150.2 version is Starface customized firmware and can't be upgrade to common firmware.
What's your platform? If it's Starface we recommend using the customized firmware. If meet a problem in the firmware you can also directly contact starface. They will handle it.
