My device does not start T20P
Not show anything on the display, but is on.
The procedure of t20 does not work as seen here in the forum
is there any other way, eg tftp.

what color of the blank screen, white or black? What is the reaction of the phone when you press phone buttons? would you please take a picture for me to check what is the issue and try to reboot the phone to check if it can solve this issue?

Jim good afternoon, I have the same problem than Sayrus, I have a T20 that doesn't shows anything on screen, it happened when I disconnected the phone from A/C and then connect it again.
I've tested another A/C power supply, the same power supply on another phone, and it worked fine, anything appears on the screen, it's like dead, just the profile light is on, nothing else.
