Hi,

i have an issue with one of our t28p phones.
power is plugged in and the phone tries to start up, but all i get is a blank screen. Although power led is on and background light is working.
Also a factory reset didn't help.
I don't get an IP so i cant't access the website.

Has someone any suggestion?

Hi,
Does the issue happen when the phone out of the box ? or the issue happen suddenly after working for some time ?
What is the reaction of the phone when you press phone buttons? would you please take a picture for me to check what is the issue?

thanks for your reply,
i can't get a mail through to you, but here my response.

the mentioned phone is in use for nearly two years now.

When i press phone buttions the background light is activated, but thats it.
Dialing a number and pressing OK is although not working.

In the attachment you find the mentioned picture.

Hello, I have the same problem. Buy the phone is new (2 weeks).
Any suggestions?
