T28p screen blank - chris2014 - 09-30-2014 04:14 PM Hi, i have an issue with one of our t28p phones. power is plugged in and the phone tries to start up, but all i get is a blank screen. Although power led is on and background light is working. Also a factory reset didn't help. I don't get an IP so i cant't access the website. Has someone any suggestion? thank you! When i press phone buttions the background light is activated, but thats it. Dialing a number and pressing OK is although not working. In the attachment you find the mentioned picture.
