VP530 PopUp - Please disable - jeandrews - 02-22-2013 01:15 AM Please disable popup missed call log and voicemail notification. This refreshes every time we reload asterisk and typically every 10 to 15 minutes I get the popup and tone. This has to be manually closed each time to access any other phone features and is very annoying. Please let me know if I've missed something and this can be disabled. I've disabled call log just to stop that popup from happening but miss my call log and would rather just manually view call history and voicemail status. The notifications for VM and missed calls will continuously re-appear after you close them. The phone should not re-notify the user once they have cleared the initial VM\Missed call popup. It is frustrating for users to be forced to check the missed call log to clear this popup(and many don't know to do this). |
