Line status 'invalid' - AdamMorrow - 09-20-2016 10:02 PM

There are two phones in my office and we moved the W52P yesterday, when we connected it back up the phone stopped receiving calls onto it and the line status is now showing up as invalid. What do we need to do to link the phones back up again?

For this issue, so you mean the phone can work normally before moving? right?

Can you login into the web interface of the phone to check the sip account status. Please make sure that the sip account register successfully.
