How can I configure phones from PortaOne system? We have a provisioning tool. However from the documentation is unclear the steps that we have to do in our offices and the steps that the users should do after receiving the phones.

The step by step instructions of Auto-provisioning of IP Phones are available in the Unified PortaSwitch Handbook Collection:

General configuration, IP phone inventory and Assigning a phone number to the IP phone settings are performed by an administrator of PortaSwitch.
IP phone settings can be performed by the administrator of PortaSwitch, or by manufacturer (if there is a big batch of IP phones and he is ready to perform these settings directly on the factory), or by an end user.
Testing settings can be performed by the admin or the end user.

Sorry to hear that the implementation process is unclear. Unfortunately we've received poor feedback on PortaOne from some of our customers as well. In fact, one company even split up over PortaOne! If you're interested in that story it's on our blog.
