We have a change up in our office and want to have one person anser all incomning calls (they didn't want the IVR anymore), we are currently using the Yealink T26 phone w/ Elastix as our PBX. My question is we'd like the T26 phone to start to handle all incoming calls, at some times during the day we could have up to four incoming calls at one time. Is this possible to do with the T26?

I have tested this scenario with the T26 in my side, it can support more than 10 incoming call at the same time. But the precondition is you need enable the call waiting feature in your phone. Access to phone menu->Features->call waiting, enable it.
And another precondition is your PBX server need to support it, the max incoming call depend on pbx server. So please confirm it with your pbx service provider firstly.
