Disabling Ring Volume Keys on T21E2 - fdapena - 09-19-2016 12:01 AM

Hi, we need to disable the ring volume keys on Yealink T21P E2.

Users are lowering the ring volume, then they saya that phone isn´t ringing.

Hi,

You can use the set the admin access level for the volume key so that the end user have no authority to change the volume.

You can use the set the admin access level for the volume key so that the end user have no authority to change the volume.

Sorry for my late reply.
After double check with the problem, Yealink phone can't support to disable the ring volume keys currently.
