Web API for T20 - Samael - 02-19-2013 06:26 PM Hello. Is there any way to automotate via api such process: 1. Account 1 dials or answers the call. 2. In moment of bridging (this moment can be caught via 3rd party service), account 1 puts on hold and phones automatically dial from account 2 to specific address. 3. After dialed party from 2nd accound answers, 1st and 2nd account parties goes to 3way telephone-based conference. Idea is to get automatic conference on dial or answer with phone service, not PBX. Phone - T20(T22) RE: Web API for T20 - Yealink Support - 03-27-2013 01:54 PM Hello, Do you mean Phone A use account 1(PBX-1) to call Phone B(PBX-1), and then A put on hold, then make a new call to Phone C(PBX-2) with account 2(PBX-2), after C answered, Phone A press Conf button to make three parties in a conference? If yes, you can achieve this, here i tested with account1(3CX-PBX) and account2(PBXnsip), and works well. And my T22 use the latest firmware 7.70.0.130. |
