T49G Power Injector - ipcsolutions - 09-17-2016 05:32 AM

Hi Group

I am looking to install a reasonable number of T49G's for a customer however no PoE is certainly an issue for them.
I recognise that PoE may be a problem for the system when you add external monitors etc.
I was wondering however if Yealink would be prepared to support a PoE injectors either passive (use the Yealink PS and extend over the copper pairs) or active (supply the 12V).
Although the Yealink provided PS is rated at 2A, the power is only rated at 8-12W which is 1A so I assume the extra power is only for when you use the HDMI port!

Has anyone else done this?

Thanks
Mike

Mike,

As I know, seem no body done this.
And T49 don't have plan to support POE future.
