Hi people ,
I have a question, someone knows how to set the yealink t23G to retrieve calls transferred in the event that the recipient does not answer?

Dear,
This is Kevin from Yealink support team, nice to know you.
For this issue, may i know the firmware of the phone. You can upgrade it to the newest firmware to test again. Then reset the phone by long pressing OK button. T23G support re-all after transfer failed. So please check again.
