Enabling peer to peer calling - realcalls - 09-13-2014 10:58 PM

Hello,

The mac.cfg file has a setting called "outbound_proxy" but nothing in the manual regarding how to enable it for peer to peer calling.

Where can I find info how to enabled peer to peer calling?

David

Hi David,

Do you mean you want to set the Outbound Proxy Server of the SIP account?
Like below picture:

If yes, please try below two methods to set it:
1. You can set it via web UI. Access to Account->Basic tab, enter your infor into the Outbound Proxy Server field and enable this feature.
2. You also can set it via auto provision. You can find below parameter in the MAC.cfg file :
Code:
account.[color=#FF0000]X[/color].outbound_proxy_enable = 1
#0-Disabled (default), 1-Enabled;(SIP-T28P/T48G/T46G: X ranges from 1 to 6. it means which line you used)

For more information, please refer to the auto provision guide. At page 171.

If not, please describe your issue more detailed.
