In caso of backout, time and date on my phones became wrong. No way to set npt server properly. It remains the same. The only way to solve is to set it manualy.

Hi ginopilotino,

Please try below steps:
1. Reset the phone to factory. Access to web GUI->Settings->Upgrade tab, click reset to factory button.
2. Access to web GUI->Settings->Time&Date, select your time zone in the time zone list field.
3. click confirm to accept the change.

BTW, what is firmware and model of your phone?
You can see the firmware version by pressing the ok button and the model of phone has been shown at back of the phone.

Solved, it was a gateway problem

Please try changing the NTP server.
Try filling your gateway ip address as phone NTP server.
