Sound Volume problem - sbeu - 09-05-2014 08:02 PM

Hello all.
I'm experiencing a problem with a T46G (28.72.0.26 and 28.72.0.45)

The callers, at the beginning of the call, can hear the person speaking in the T46g. But after a while, the sound goes progressively down and the caller can't hear anything.
This happens during "local" calls via local red or calls to sip provider.
I have other phones on the red (t28P, w53G) and they don't have the problem.

Is there a way to deactivate/correct this behavior?

Thank you

We have the same problem with 4 of them and version 28.72.0.45.
Is there any solution to this problem ?
Is it hardware o software problem ?

Hi Ibercom,

If 4 of them all have the issue it should not be a hardware problem.
When problem happens you can't hear voice through both handset and speaker? Or just one of them can't hear voice.
The problem happens in every call or randomly?
If you do a hold/reume operation can you hear voice again?
The voice goes progressively down but disappear suddenly?

Please try a firmware upgrading to V73 version.

If the problem persist, try a reset and check again.

James

They are 4 of 20 phones.

Randomly.

So you mean that a hold/resume operation can make the other side hear voice again?
If yes, please try a firmware upgrade.
